Terms and Conditions for Hosting and Domain Services

Welcome to PCITService. These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of website hosting, domain registration, and related services provided through PCITService. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Services Provided
PCITService may provide services including, but not limited to:
- Website hosting
- Domain name registration and renewal
- Website maintenance
- Email services
- Technical support
- Related web and IT services
Services may vary depending on the plan or agreement selected by the customer.
2. Billing and Payment
All hosting and domain services are billed according to the service agreement or invoice provided at the time of purchase.
Payment for services must be received by the due date listed on the invoice.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
3. Automatic Renewal Policy
To avoid interruption of service, hosting and domain services automatically renew for an additional one (1) year term unless cancellation notice is received.
Customers wishing to cancel hosting or domain services must provide written notification at least thirty (30) days prior to the service expiration or renewal date.
If cancellation notice is not received within this timeframe:
- Services will automatically renew for an additional one-year term
- Renewal fees become due and payable
- Services and domains may continue under the renewed term
Customers are responsible for monitoring renewal dates and ensuring cancellation requests are submitted on time.
4. Domain Registration and Ownership
Domains registered on behalf of customers remain subject to the policies and regulations of the applicable domain registrar.
Customers are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate contact information
- Reviewing renewal notices
- Monitoring expiration dates
PCITService is not responsible for loss of a domain resulting from inaccurate customer information, failure to respond to registrar requests, or non-payment.
5. Suspension and Termination
PCITService reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for:
- Non-payment
- Abuse of services
- Illegal activity
- Activities that negatively affect system operation or security
- Violations of these Terms and Conditions
Termination does not remove a customer’s obligation to pay outstanding balances.
6. Data Responsibility
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own copies and backups of website content, databases, email, and files.
While reasonable efforts may be made to maintain system reliability and backups, PCITService does not guarantee against data loss.
7. Service Availability
PCITService makes reasonable efforts to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to:
- Maintenance
- Hardware failures
- Software updates
- Network issues
- Events outside our control
8. Limitation of Liability
PCITService shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Service interruptions
- Data loss
- Lost profits
- Domain issues
- Website downtime
- Third-party failures
Customer use of services is at their own risk.
9. Changes to Terms
PCITService reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions may be posted on this page and become effective upon posting.
