Services may vary depending upon customer needs and specific agreements.
Payment Terms
Payment for services is due according to the invoice or agreement provided.
Late or unpaid balances may result in:
- Service interruption
- Suspension of accounts
- Delayed renewals
- Cancellation of services
Outstanding balances remain the responsibility of the customer.
Hosting and Domain Renewals
To avoid interruption of service, hosting and domain services automatically renew on a yearly basis.
Customers requesting cancellation or service changes must submit written notice at least thirty (30) days before the renewal date.
If cancellation notice is not received within that period:
- Services may automatically renew for an additional one-year term
- Renewal charges become due
- Domains and hosting services may continue under the renewed agreement
Customers are responsible for monitoring service dates and renewal schedules.
Domain Registrations
Domain registration services are subject to the rules and requirements of the applicable domain registrar.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate contact information
- Maintaining updated account information
- Responding to domain verification requests
- Monitoring domain expiration dates
Domain registration fees and renewal fees may be non-refundable after submission to the registrar.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree not to use services for:
- Illegal activities
- Spam or mass unsolicited email
- Distribution of malicious software
- Activities that may interfere with system security or performance
- Content prohibited by applicable laws
Service Availability
PCITService makes reasonable efforts to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Temporary service interruptions may occur due to:
- System maintenance
- Software updates
- Hardware failures
- Third-party providers
- Circumstances beyond reasonable control
Limitation of Liability
PCITService shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages including:
- Loss of data
- Business interruption
- Lost revenue
- Domain issues
- Website downtime
- Third-party service failures
Customers use services at their own risk.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal disputes arising from services provided through PCITService shall be subject to the appropriate courts located within Pennsylvania.
Changes to These Terms
